Mee Goreng Campak2


1kg homemade noodles
prawns - headed
squids - ring cut
5 pcs shallots
3 cloves garlic
2 tbsp blended chillies
2 scoops tomato sauce
2 scoops soy sauce (kicap daaaaaaa… )
2 tbsp oyster sauce
cooking oil
salt n sugar to taste
chives - 1″ lengthwise cut

Cara Memasak

Pound shallots and garlic. Heat cooking oil in a pan. Stir fry pounded shallots and garlic and blended chillies to fragrant.
Add in all sauces and stir till all ingredients well blended together and throw in prawns and squids. Add water if necessary. Taste the salt n sugar.
Put in the noodles and mix all well together. Lastly add in the chives. Spread them evenly.
